Pre-IPO Review provides company information, market news, rankings, watchlists, reviews, and investor discussion for research purposes only. The service is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the site guarantees access to private company shares, stock, funds, or investments. Read the investment risk disclosures before evaluating any private company.
2. Your Content
You own the reviews, comments, and article submissions you post. By posting, you grant Pre-IPO Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, and distribute that content on the platform. You are responsible for what you post: do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or that presents speculation as verified fact.
3. Moderation
Pre-IPO Review may review, edit, hide, or remove any user content at any time, including content that violates these terms, applicable law, or the research-only purpose of the platform.
4. Accounts and Termination
Sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email; keep access to that email account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pre-IPO Review does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that company data, valuations, news, or user content are accurate, complete, or current.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pre-IPO Review and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information on it.
7. Language
These terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience; if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
